Eating & Weight Habits

For habits like eating on autopilot, late-night snacking or eating when you are not hungry.

Eating habits are woven into the day: the evening snack, eating on the go, reaching for something sweet when you are tired. This session is designed to help you notice those moments sooner and choose what actually serves you, without strict rules or self-criticism.

You choose your goal: building healthier eating habits, or supporting a weight-management goal you have set for yourself. You also tell us when habits tend to slip, what feels hardest and why it matters to you.

The session never uses calorie counting, dieting, restriction or numbers, and it never treats foods as good or bad. If eating feels out of control, or you are struggling with binge eating, choose the calmer-around-food options instead, and please consider speaking to a doctor or an eating-disorder support service.

How your session is made

Six short questions, a few minutes to create, then a session recorded in the voice you choose. Listen sitting down in a quiet place, and return to it as often as you like.
