Sleep Better
For the nights when your body is tired and your mind keeps going.
Trying hard to fall asleep tends to keep you awake. This session is made for bedtime: it slows down, takes the effort away and lets rest arrive in its own time, instead of asking you to make it happen.
You choose what would help most: falling asleep more easily, settling your mind before sleep, getting back to sleep after waking in the night, or resting more deeply. You also tell us what usually makes it hard and how you would like to feel as you settle.
Unlike the other programmes, this session does not bring you back at the end. It tapers into quiet so you can stay in bed and drift. If sleep has been difficult for a long time, or you feel very sleepy during the day, please speak to a doctor; this is a support, not a treatment for a sleep disorder.
How your session is made
Five short questions, a few minutes to create, then a session recorded in the voice you choose. Listen in bed, lying down, with the lights low. The voice fades into quiet and the background sound gently fades out.
What people often work towards
Everyone’s experience is different, and change usually builds with repetition.
