Calm Anxiety & Stress
For the racing mind, the tight shoulders and the moments that feel like too much.
Stress shows up in the body and the mind: thoughts that will not slow down, worry that loops, tension you only notice when it starts to ache. This session is designed to help you settle the body, step back from the thoughts and meet stressful moments more steadily.
You choose what you want most: calmer thoughts, less overthinking or worry, less replaying of conversations, less physical tension, or feeling calmer in stressful situations. You also tell us when it is strongest, how it feels and what tends to set it off.
The session does not ask you to push thoughts away, which tends to make them louder. It practises noticing them, letting them pass and coming back to the breath and the body, with a short way to settle you can use during the day.
How your session is made
Seven short questions, a few minutes to create, then a session recorded in the voice you choose. Listen sitting down, ideally with headphones, and return to it whenever you need it.
What people often work towards
Everyone’s experience is different, and change usually builds with repetition.
