Stop Binge Eating

For the urge that takes over, and the shame that often follows.

Binge eating is rarely only about food. It often follows stress, loneliness, restriction or a hard day, and it can leave you feeling ashamed and stuck. This session is designed to meet that pattern with steadiness rather than self-criticism.

You tell us what your pattern looks like, when it is strongest, what usually triggers it and how it leaves you feeling. You choose what you want most, such as stopping binge episodes or feeling calmer around eating.

This is not a weight-loss or dieting programme. The focus is on the urge itself: noticing it, letting it pass, and responding to yourself with more kindness when it is hard.

How your session is made

Eight short questions, a few minutes to create, then a session recorded in the voice you choose. It is private, and yours to listen to as often as you like.

What people often work towards
